Business organization forms may be different vary over countries depending on corporate law. The most popular classification, also applied in US classifies such forms:

• Sole proprietorship
• Partnership
• Limited liability company
• Corporation

But you have to remember that in different countries different classification may occur. Even if main classes would remain the same every of them may have some differences taxation, management and liabilities.
