Investment in Normal ETF

Normal ETF (exchange-traded fund) is an ETF that is not a Short ETF/Ultra ETF. Usually ETF is a traded index fund that follows some specific index (might be various indices: equities, bonds, commodities, specific sectors and other) and that is what a normal ETF does.

Investment in normal ETF is not much different from investment in mutual funds. The main differences are that ETF is not actively managed and ETF can be acquired on stock exchange the same way stocks are.

Normal ETF that exactly (minus expenses) follows some index is one of top choice in current investments world because of several reasons. Very important that such ETF allows a worldwide diversification at low cost. Fast and effective trading, low management fees, clear investment idea make them increasingly popular among institutional and private investors.
