Real estate investors are individuals or investment companies that are investing in real estate (property). There few main types of real estate investors:

• Real estate developers are investors that develop real estate projects. Such type of real estate investment requires more activity and of course is riskier, but may have a better return on investment. 

• Real estate investors, that invests in already developed projects with a good yield. Such investors are buying assets for long term and are only administrating real estate objects trying to maximize rental income from those investments.

• Mixed investors.

Real estate investment management requires some knowledge and experience but in to accordance to all aspects real estate investments are not more complicated than all the other investments, just requires more technical work to do.
