Financial investment group usually is different from capital investment group. Regularly financial investment group includes a brokerage firm and provides standard functions: financial consultations, investment management, tax consultations, securities trading, investment funds also may include insurance and other offers.

Many companies use this term in their name to describe themselves as a groups of companies that is related to investment and other financial services. However, it does not say yet anything about the real company’s activity. For example, an investment bank could include most of the financial and investment services.
