A global financial market is a totality of all worlds’ financial markets. Every decent country has a Security Exchange and larger states have few or several of them. As financial markets includes not only securities (bond, stock) trading but also other financial instruments, global financial market represents all of them. 

When someone is talking about global market, most probably he/she wants to say that all the markets are closely related and correlation between different regions is inevitable. Globalization affected all the industries and services, but none of the markets are affected by the globalization as much as the financial market.
